Aaron’s practice encompasses all phases of intellectual property rights procurement including conducting and analyzing patent or trademark searches, preparation of patent and trademark applications, and providing guidance with respect to infringement and validity of intellectual property rights.
Aaron earned his bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering, magna cum laude, from the University of Missouri-Rolla in 2001 and his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2005. Prior to entering the practice of law, Aaron worked as a metallurgical engineer for Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies in Kansas City, Missouri in development and characterization of solder alloys and related manufacturing issues. He was also a project manager for Rage Corporation in Columbus, Ohio, a plastics injection molding company, where he implemented projects directed to increasing production efficiency and productivity through installation and operation of robotics, packaging equipment, and injection molding machines.
Aaron is admitted to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office and is a member of the Missouri and Kansas Bars.
